ok were there is a blue bar above your information and reply and all that mine is green? what does that mean?

Basically if you were to link the url to someone it would specify that single post

When you post or get linked to a post, it will be highlighted to show which post you're getting link to just so it could kind of stand out.

If you go back to that thread or post, it won't be green though since you aren't getting redirected to it or anything.

The green bar is meaning that post is linked the the URL (the address bar.) If you were to give that exact address to someone, it would not only link that thread, but it would scroll down to that exact post for them. It's just showing you what post is linked in the URL.
