You can tell if the lobbies are fake. Look at their post count. Look if they have any thanks on the topic. Look at the views and replies. Its pretty easy.

If you get scammed it's entirely your own fault. Don't give out your details, pay anything or put yourself in any position to be scammed. There are plenty of free lobbies out there, I found a legit lobby from being on TTG for 5 minutes, you can find them but just saying your tired of them isn't doing anything it just annoys other people and being scammed is your own fault.
