When I connect my 360/PS3 to my HD PVR and then to my computer, I view what is happening on the console with the software that came on the disc with the PVR, there is always a delay from when I press a button or do something and the action occurring.

Is there any way of fixing this, as I no longer have anything with a composite input and would like to just play it from what my PC is seeing?

yes mine has a 2 second delay and its meant to be that way
