Just download the save,
replace the id
rehash and resign
theres 2 ways you can do this.
method-1.after you load the game just shoot the ground with rocket launcher wait till your health recover, then just do it again.
method-2.use the slag weapon and shoot the enemy, and just keep doing it
in 30mins i rack up to 8mil BA ranks and 4k tokens

Note:do not gunzerk the slag weapon, it will freeze your game

I've had a save like this before and walking in and out of a vehicle also let me get b/s tokens for about 5 mins each time i entered a vehicle, also idk if this save is using but but a 50% vitality relic helps alot aswell
