I know, that it is impossible for the most ( or for all) to go online with a RGH console. I thought if I buy a xbox with dual nand rgh, am i able to host online challenge lobbies ? cause one nand is for xbox live playing and the other one for the xex menu .......
can i change the original mw2 patch on the xbox live nand ?

If u can find someone selling a spot on an online server than yes. Otherwise No
