My brothers in the military and so am i. You have no idea how much ammo and weapons the u.s has. We go to the shooting range and easily waste over 3000 rounds in about 45min..Now think about it...3000 rounds could take a decent number of infected out and that ammo we use is "left over" from drills and training. Our base(Fort Benning Georgia) has ammo warehouses and vehicle Depots which has vehicles coming in every week such as tanks,humvees,strykers,Mraps...but my point is that we have so much firepower that we would be able to hold it off until some sort of vaccine or cure was created..if not then until we kill all of the infected. I just thought i'd share this even though nothing like this could happen in our life times..

Not in my town. My friends dad was a cop and we asked if they had any other guns besides the handgun. He said that there are shotguns, but are only used for certain situations. There are other guns but in the evidence locker.
