Even though Mata has already had an IF, I don't see why he shouldn't be in it this week. He won the game for Chelsea by himself, simply outstanding. Rooney also got 2 goals and assisted for Welbeck, so maybe he should be in it. Although I only follow BPL, so there could be loads of players that played better. Mata for sure though.
