Yes, if you save the game exactly where your fallen comrades are, I can resurrect them for you. I can't just type a command that brings them back though. I am not sure how that console command, if there is one, would work.

Paarthunax's body has gone, i killed him at the Throat of The World but his body isnt there, ive saved at onmunds body & Could add 3 Perk Points to my save? but i only wan 3 no more, no less

I had to move you to the Throat of the World, but Paarthunax is flying around it. Onmund was easily brought back to life (if he isn't with you, he is where he died) and you have 3 additional perk points. (Ignore the missing stuff when you load it as I use a lot of mods on the PC version).
