So yea I was just wondering, and this may be a noob question to a lot of you, but what is a JTAG? I've heard and seen it many times before but I've never actually been told what it means or is. If one of you could leave a comment/quick reply, that'd be great. Thanks!

It's a hacked xbox. People use them for hosting lobbies making mods and whatever else they please to do.
