Hi guys i am having membership problems.
when i go to the lobby it says i have a active membership but i can not log into a members world.
also when i go to buy members it says i already have a active membership for my account.
i dont know what i can do.
has anyone else had this problem or have any ideas of what i can do?

It means the payment method you are using is either being declined or for sme reason has been post poned, best option is to figure out what method your using to get membership, cancel it, contact jagex about the issue and check your bank accounts etc to see for sufficient funds etc and then restart member ship up

No problem
ive had this problem before with a few accounts, sometimes jagex can be abit up there own ass with dealing with it so easiest is to restart if it doesnt fix tself
