Okay so ive narrowed my choices down to the astro a50s or the tritton warheads. I know the astros are good quality but the thing with the warheads is i dont know how long it will wor for.

So obviously get the Astros. If I were you, I would get the A40's as they're cheaper and have a better chance of not breaking as they have been out for a while now.

Are you into competitive gaming? If you are not then you should get a set of Turtle Beaches.

Yeah I would say the same Astros if you go to comps etc or the PX-5s if your using them at home . The presets and Bluetooth are excellent use mine all the time on the iPad or Xbox (games or films)

I can say that the Turtle Beach PX5 is a very good headset. u can use it for everything.
it has bluetooth so you can use it with ur iphone or android, you can connect it to your computer to commentate videos or sth. its mic quality is also very clean and nice.. so i prefer that one.
and its very good for playing call of duty, there is an extra preset for COD, so you will hear all foot steps ;)

i got the turtle beaches dxl1 it comes with a complete adjustable Dolby surround sound box and they cost $100 they have the fiber optic cable plugin that makes it sound amazing. it sounds so good that it toke me awhile to get used to them compared to the cheap turtle beach head sets they have out there they amazed me!
