Has anyone managed to do this succesfully? I did once but cant remember the process of how. Would really like a couple cracked apps on my iphone 4.

It all depends if Mobile Sync has been update to IOS 6 from the hackulos source. If not than no.

Ive done it before but I cant remember how I got it to work. :/
