Hey I will Rep + who ever helps me, When ever I try and Hot Swap my game it says Disc is unreadable iv'e tryed 2 Diffrent disc's with diffrent mods they both did't work, i went over to a friends house & I let him try and how swap and it worked on his xbox, What could be wrong?

The laser might not be strong enough (dying) to read the disc type you have. You should get Verbatim DVD +R DL discs. That's what I use and it works. Although my brother tried the exact same disc and it didn't work on his. My brother replaced the laser and it now works.
I would suggest Verbatim (if u havent tried already) and if those don't work it will be you laser.

My old xbox got the RROD like 2 months ago so i just got another one, Could the Laser die out within 2 months?

i wouldnt think so but if your on it a lot (8+ hours a day) and your playing games off the disc it could. i would just suggest another brand of disc becuase it sounds like its too much hard work for your disc drive to handle if it works on your friends but not on your xbox. verbatim and memorex are the best

Try Clearing System cache & deleting the update by pressing (X,LB,RB,X) while in the memory setting thing
