Last year with MW3 it was shipped the day before release because of Infinity Wards restrictions. I highly doubt you will get it early if you pre order from Shopto.

It will be leaked early, i'm sure game shops in the US will get it a while before Game shops in the UK and one of those fine gentlemen will steal/borrow a copy and upload it to the internet for us lovely Flashed console and RGH console users to download.
