Could some one please post a download for the explorer app because I cant seem to download it at all so it would be awesome if you could move it to a flash drive extract and upload it to mediafire.com or something

Its not in the app store and i have the update

I got the new update today, But when i go on the IE app it only says Rate and Pin. What the F*** it wont work for me am i the only one who got this?
