its possible. e.g color blind people.
but if i and 20 other people looked at the same thing and got asked the color of it, it would 99.9% the same color

So you are meaning like 'what if blue is really red but we just don't know?'

It wouldn't really matter, it all goes back to the names of colors simply just being words to an object or thing.

what if, when I see "blue" shirt, you see "red" shirt. We would both call the color "blue" because that is what we would have been taught to call it.

reflect or scatter light (reflection and scattering)
absorb light (absorption)
do nothing (transmission)
refract light (refraction)
