Is the free roam set up so you can roam with online players or is it just offline AI's?

Just offline AI, but if you want to go into multiplayer create a lobby with freeroam and select the options that you want and invite your friends

Ah that really sucks lol

EDIT: Also, is there a playlist on the multiplayer, for free roam so you can find a lobby and just roam around like GTA 4's Free roam?
