It's super simple, here's what I did. (Keep in mind, I have no external nand reader/writer)
Download Flash360 (google it)
Turn on your jtag, boot xex menu and run the flash360 xex
Get a current working nand dump (follow on the on screen directions in flash360, simple)
If your running flash360 from a USB stick, it will save your nand dump to the usb stick.
Boot xell (when your console is off, boot using the eject button)
Get your cpu and dvd keys, and also your fuse sets (Take a pic with your iphone is easiest)
Now on your computer download RGLoader, using the image making program, build a new image using your cpu key.
Copy all the filesystems folders onto the consoles harddrive, and onto the USB stick (yes you are copying it twice in 2 different locations)
Now with that new dev image with your made cpu keys, put it on a USB stick with your Filesystems folder, boot xell and follow the on screen directions.
It will say to power down when its done, power it back on like normal, and you should see the RGloader bootanimation, then the xshell dashboard.
Now remove the USB stick, and your done. If you remove the usb stick with the filesystems folder before you boot the console after the first time you flash it, it wont boot, so make sure you leave it in, for the first time you boot the dev kernel you need that 2nd set of filesystems on that usb stick per the read me.
Simple, let me know if you have any problems.
It will be the same process for updating your dash with xebuild (minus the duplicate filesystems part).

You are stupid, you cannot figure out how to install something without knowing about it first.
