i like the fact that you dont always have to just be working on your toon you can go and work on skinning, hearbing, fishing, and i think that that helps a game alot is not just leveling you toon but being able to make them better by doing things that arent related to questing, or grinding

also the battle pets are very fun and its cool to collect them along with battling other people,

and that you can get addons that give you games to play while your waiting on a group if your not doing anything or just bored lol
