you need to go into horizon and after the saves and changes have been made go back to where it say extract and right click the file replace and save that will save it as anew file.

its not working because you need to go into Horizon , open your save and click on the contents tab and it should say SaveGame.sav extract that somewhere that you want and open it up in the programme, when you are done "modding" replace the SaveGame.sav in Horizon with the SaveGame.sav that you just modded , Enjoy ;)!

P.S ( when you have replaced the files, remember to Save,Rehash and resign!

you need to extract the file contents in your save###.sav. "savegame.sav" is the file you need to edit
