hey i am building a computer and have a lot of the parts planned out but heatsinks are not my strong area and i was wondering if anyone could recomend me a good one and post (or pm) me a link to it

OP, that CPU is god awful terribleness. Feel free to buy it, but it's bad. I'm assuming you chose it because you saw "8 Cores" which gave you a small mental erection. Believe me, AMD likes to advertise big numbers they cannot follow up on.
