I'm looking how to do it also, ill REP + who ever can post a video/download link for a modding tool or a TUT that shows how to edit it in HEX Editor

To mod Forza Horizon, you need the program Horizon.
Diamond membership is required though.

its not a profile ban... it bans your xbox from TURN 10 servers.

If you want to take the risk go ahead im just telling you what i know

I have however found a way to almost never get banned (: but you need a jtag/rgh for it
