Check out SCUF Gaming. Their controllers have 2 paddles on the button which you choose what they do. I recommend keeping them what the site recommends. I have one, and I definitely recommend it.

Just do it yourself, you can buy custom color buttons etc on ebay along with custom color shells, and leds arnt that hard either all you need is a soldering iron if im right.
