It will update if they have taken your money(check your bank to see).Sometimes the system updates late, for example when I got max payne 3 I was expecting to get it wed instead of fri. It got to wed and I checked website and it only showed as processing but when the post came the game was there.

You need to look under your pre-order section and if its not there just wait 24 hours for it to appear.
It was the same like that for me when i pre-ordered FIFA 13 but just gave it a day and it was all sorted, plus it came a day early so your assassins creed probably will.

You Should Get Your Game When Your Supposed To Come Out It Could Just Be A Mistake In The System If You DOnt Get It The Day You Should Then Call The Company
