Is there a way to unban and xbox console?
Anyone to succeed will recieve $30 USD with Paypal as i love my xbox and i would have to buy a new one if i cannot resolve this problem.

The only way you can unban a console right now is if it is RGH'ed/Jtag'ed/XDK or unless you convince XBLPET to unban it, or your a member of XBLPET. You also agreed to the Terms of Use, and you deserve the ban.
