So I'm ordered another xbox and I'm wondering If I can earn some achievements on my old xbox which is offline will they be transferred to my new xbox when I connect to live?

If you connect them both to Live then yes.

Well one had been online before but hasn't fo some time as my old xbox has been banned, would that still work
