When I try to move my XBL profile to my USB it then comes up with Can't Perform Action There was a problem performing that action. What should I do?

Clear the system cache on the usb and then try moving it

I had this problem as well previously.
To get around it I started saving straight to my USB instead of Hard drive.

Im pretty sure Xbox blocked all Profile transfers thats what is happening to me

LOL! there is no way they can block that as it is an external device.

but OP have you formatted the usb drive on your xbox?

Lol i just today transfereed my proflie to my usb and modded it works perfectly fine just cleaar cache and format
