Most certainly, most of the parts there will pull you through on the lower spectrum of settings for today's games.
Might I add that because you put Rep in the title idiots will flock with inaccurate information. For instance, can you run it is only semi accurate and only works when you have the parts installed whereas here it looks like you want to buy a pc?
