5.0ghz 2500k > 4.5ghz 3570k. Although you're not going to be maxing either CPU unless you're doing something heavy / benchmarking.

Also, I have a question. When I build this, how will I get on the Internet. I think I need something extra for that right?

When you're finished the build it goes like this..
- Insert your operating system and install it.
- When on the desktop insert motherboard driver disc that comes with the motherboard.
- Install all the drivers ( LAN, audio, BIOS, etc ).
- Several reboots later everything should be installed.
- From there, see if there are any updates in which there should be.
That is the quickest option.
Option #2.
On the PC you're on right now, download all the drivers from the manufacturers website and move them onto a USB drive.
When the build is done, insert USB drive into brand new computer and run the setup from there.
Option #2 is better because you're guaranteed to get the latest drivers off of the bat to make sure there are no major glitches / bugs from lets say a previous BIOS / LAN driver.

Yes, you can torrent Windows 7 and burn it into a disc and boot it from there.
It is $100 that you can save to either pocket or put it towards your PC.
Just take into consideration that you're not going to get the latest Windows updates or have the ability to use MSE.

Microsoft Security Essentials. It's a free A/V from Microsoft.
