I hear a lot of people say that jtag/rgh rips come much before iso's leak, and now that people are in possesion of the game, is there any jtag rips out there already? If there was a jtag rip, where would we find it? Like all iso's can be found on xbox360iso but what about jtag rips? What would be the best place?

Jtag rips are the same as .ISO files, just all the files are extracted from the .ISO file. You can find those on Xbox360Iso as well under Jtag Rips, or you can extract all the files yourself with an image browser like Xbox Backup Creator.

Then why do people say they come before iso's?

Because all the files are compressed into an ISO file before being burned to the disc, so the jtag ripped files technically are "first."
