When redeeming does it say that it's for a female?

Yeah, you need to change your avatar to a girl, save and exit.. then redeem it and then go add it to your avatar.

Sometimes it gives me a female code, sometimes it gives me a male code.

If you do happen to get a female code, you can make a female avatar, redeem and the armor is pretty much the same.

I can try and get you a male code if you want..?
