I completely agree with this, i called them and asked how much i could trade in a Used Xbox360 with a wireless controller, all the cords, works fine, and trade in Gears of War, and Gears of War2, and he said like 55$.
It's a complete rip-off.
Also some of the used games like, Cod4, or Mw2 are still like 40$ used there and the new one is like 50-60.
Personally i would rather pay the extra 10$ just so i know i won't have to take a trip back asking for a different disk because that one has too many scratches.

No I think your completely wrong here. The real enemy of the games industry is Used Games, Why? Because any money made from a used game does not go to dev's but instead to the shops.
Companys are cracking down on used game sales by using paid dlc packages ie. Mass Effect 2 and its V.I.P code.
What should be done is, people should wise up to the fact that games have always been this expensive and with the budgets of triple A games rivaling big budget films gamers should expect to pay these prices.
Take a game like MW:2 which had a RRP of 55 in the UK, this game launch was one of the biggest in history and on launch day, would of cost Activision thousands in advertising fees and opening ceramonies
But the average "casual" gamer does not see or appreciate these figures and goes about screwing the dev team out of their well earned money by paying 10 less for a title.
My two cents
