ok so i am level 70 and i really wanna get to 85 i messed my character up because when i got the game and hit 60 i ONLY used my pvp gear so i have no pve gear and at level 70 im using pvp gear but my main concern is i want to get to 85 i havnt got the new expansion yet but i really wanna hit 85 and i was wondering is there any way to farm honor points at my level/ and what would be the best way to get from 70-85 in a few hours (4-5)

You can lock ur level.
In the war room in the stormwind keep, there is a 'cloaked' NPC named 'Behsten' that will lock your level for 10g.
If you don't know where the war room is look it up online.

locking your level is a good choice
there is an npc in the war room like my friend stated above the npc is level 19 and is wearing the full pvp 19 gear set and is stealthed in a certain corner depending on ur faction
