Two Korean teen-girls were crushed alive by the US Military tank at that time, and the people were all pissed off by the US Army dispatching those, who were responsible killing the girls, to somewhere else, so no one can find them. The thing was those American soldiers did NOT apologize. If you want to make this issue big, go ahead. I'm sure Korea will be pleased to reveal how corrupted US Army is, especially when they are overseas.
