Like every one else has said, play a sport.
Tennis is fun a relaxing sport.
Yeah just try something physical time fly's.

As everyone mentions, sports. I was like you then I started exercising more, I feel a lot better now.

If you are genuinely interested, watch a youtube tutorial of the 3 basic aspects of parkour, vaults, jumps and wallruns then trial them in real life, and drill them until you can do it perfectly. Then start chaining them together!
Much better with friends, and it's a huge adrenaline rush
