NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 Graphics card
2TB hard drive
i also have 5 ms response time monitor and hypersponse keyboard

what can i run?

The GT610 is significantly worse than Intel 4000 integrated graphics. Whoever sold you this should be hanged without a trial.

By what you have their you wont be running much in decent quality

you might be able to run a potato. Heck maybe even possibly a Sponge of some type.

How Much Did You Spend On This? (If You Don't Mind Me Asking)
If You Are Wanting To Upgrade The Graphics Card, I Would Suggest Going Based on Your Other Components With A Radeon 7970 Or a GTX670 Because They Are Really Good Cards But You Do Have To Spend Around 300 (50 GoT) To Take Advantage Of The Other Components You Have, Then You Will NO Problem With Playing Games On High/Extreme Detail.
