FYI, I tried to pre-order MW3 from shopto.net (UK website) last year as I always got pre-orders early from them. Just before release they put a statement on their website saying that Activision had put an embargo on anyone shipping orders before the Monday to make sure the earliest copies arrived on the Tuesday of release.

I'm guessing Actvision will do exactly the same this year so I doubt any mainstream suppliers will ship early and risk pissing off Activision.

Why not play it over XBSlink or Xlink Kai? then you can play online even if the servers are not up yet,

He did have a shop near me last year and he sold me MW3 for 52 and was on a saturday so the 5th of november when it was actually released on the 8th...

Give them a call, he might be able to help and his only in london so only a train or 2!

Yep! I got an email and when i signed in it said "Their shipping all BO2 preorders on the 12th (Monday)"
