Alright So i am going to create a scenario where i am watching a t.v show, or a movie on a main channel network and i get interrupted.

It would be 9:00pm and you are watching the best action film of your life, bullets dodging people dying, heads getting snapped off. There is only 2 survivors and one of them killed the others daughter so you know its personal, As they approach each other for the final showdown, Boom a commercial about hair gel, or food pops up

I know commercials is about getting people to buy products or do something, maybe to even advertise but i dislike it while i am watching horror movies, action movies, and sports. Takes the whole fun and intensity right out the show. it looks quick but to me the commercials take to long, i lose interest and sometimes forget what i am watching and change the channel

Yes as would i, Commercials take the fun right out of the Show you are watching. People use it as time to do bath room breaks and eat, but i don't like it mainly because i like to just watch a whole movie straight or show

It's set up like that to cause suspense. It keeps viewers to keep watching their show and not change the channel.

How else are these channels supposed to get money? Your action/horror film can't be produced without money. Sure, they shouldn't set it up like that but you would likely get more annoyed if the commercials were spread out more (instead of having long, sparse commercial breaks, imagine short commercial breaks every 2 minutes).
