Theres been plenty of public modded lobbies for MW3 on and off since release. They went away, then came back, away, back etc.

Well Then I'm going to point out that many MANY people mod games for offline use. Skyrim, Oblivion, Half-Life, Minecraft, Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Reach, and Halo ODST. These with many many other games have been modded for offline single player use more so then online gameplay. Please Check your facts or put more than a few years of modding under your belt before saying modding is for online only. Also don't reply trying to sound like a smart ass or ass hole and come at me reckless because you'll most likely end up looking dumb or something Idk because I can care less.

all first TU will be hack so yea i guess

Your an idiot mw3 is very modded. Super jump lobbies default weapon walking ac130 unlimited ammo. recovery lobbies. I have been in 5 mw3 lobbies so yes my friend it is modded...
