so when you start out on ttg you get 1 rep right so i reped this guy who hosted me a very nice cod 4 menu i had no posts but now i have 24 posts but no rep i havent reped anyone
and i heard you get 1 rep for every 12 posts you post right so i should have 2 rep

1 rep for every 25 posts, and you never lose rep. Check out the sticky in Introduce Yourself, it explains it nicely.

if you rep boost an mod or adm can edit your rep and reset it or disable it ?

Yes, but I'm pretty sure he would have gotten notified if he was reset.
