Its only when you go to the Homestead he takes his hood down when you leave he puts it up

im on sequence 10, and if i visit towns such as Boston OR NYC his hood is up and only the homestead is down

Reason for his hood being down after game completion is bacuse their is no more british in the towns, and their never was any british presence in the homestead and that's why his hood was always down.
