Assassin's Creed 3 was by far the best AC I have ever played. The graphics were amazing. The story line was great. I loved how it dated back in the 1700's. I haven't played the multiplayer yet, but I'm sure that it is going to be sweet. I liked the new feature where you can skip cinematics easier. The controls were different from brotherhood, but you can get used to them. If you are looking for a game to buy, I would definitely recommend AC3. Put AC3 on your Christmas list if you don't have the money. It is worth it. Trust me.
