i think its just because he has the ray gun, on black ops if you have the ray gun and you go down you use the ray gun instead of mustang and sally so its probably something like that.

Yes, the custom game mode "Green Run" will allow you to select what round you want to start on (5,10,15,20,25,30 i think), if you want "Magic" on or headshots only. I think they said you can put how many points you want, but I haven't seen that.
