Some High Demanding ones! = Battlefield 3, MW3+other CoDs, Minecraft, GTA IV(+V when out)

Sony Vegas, Fraps, Photoshop, After Effects, Elgato Game Capture HD
Aesthetics:
Average Sized Case, White + Blue LED(if possible)

Will be looking for a PC able to render videos fairly fast and do other tasks while doing so. Also, I will need to record the gaming videos with a high framerate so I will need a PC able to handle highly demanding tasks. Preferably a Matte finish on both Monitor and Case

Nuffin, got it all. Well, can it be compatible with my 32" tv?
Games:
Assassins Creed, Dishonored, CoD 4, a bit of WoW, Minecraft
Software:
Sony Vegas, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, Other little softwares like gyazo, evernote etc.
Aesthetics:
Average Sized Case, White + Blue LED(if possible)
Rebates/Promos:
Include the Rebates+Promos in Price

I do a bit of gaming and graphics, so I think I am looking for mainly a quad-core and a good graphics card.
I am not a big multitasker and really most of the time I am surfing the web but if I can get a good PC I will play games alot, nothing huge like Crysis, just little stuff like cod 4, dishonored, maybe borderlands, a bit of wow. nothing too crazy.
I don't need no awesome leds or anything but if its possible that would be pretty awesome.

Turns out I can buy it tomorrow or sunday!

Also, would it be possible to buy from a place where it can be put together for me? I have no clue how this shit works. I already own windows 7 btw.

An intel quad core is not possible in this budget without compromising other parts A LOT. But still an i3 3220 is more than enough for Sony Vegas / Photoshop / Standard C4D (3220 has 2 cores and 4 threads)
