hey all,
I hate to complain, but my ultimate team was hacked a few weeks ago and I have contacted ea on a number of occasions regarding this matter, and I get told
" your information has been forwarded to the studio team and you will receive an email in 10- 15 days regarding the matter"
I have waited a few weeks and nothing, I tell them that and they say "you may be emailed early than that time frame" -_-
anyway, can anyone help me on how to get my team back! thanks

they are extremely strict about all this stuff. they take so long because they have to look over the log of the hack. i highly doubt they will bother with it

I Got hacked i phoned them this man got my players and my account sorted because i had
the hackers gamertag because he told me to go to dash bored

Say you spent over 200Pound/Dollars on fifa points

I'm just saying, it's not being hacked if you give them your details, that's your on stupidity. They do tell you not to give your details to anybody so if it were up to me I wouldn't give you your team back just to teach you a lesson
