Please can someone help me out with a small request?

I have used Legacy Southpaw (with tactical button layout) on all COD games but for some reason it was tweaked from Black Ops 1 to MW3 and my first few hours on MW3 were really frustrating as I was trying to get used to the new setup.

Here's the request, please can someone post a screen-shot of the options menu showing the legacy southpaw (tactical) layout? I don't care if it's just from a camera phone as long as I can see what each button/stick does.
