I have played every Assassins Creed so far, and loved all of them. The trailers made this game look beyond awesome, so I decided to go to the midnight release so I could play it as soon as possible. With the Assassins Creed games before this loved the characters, and the fact that you actually had to think to beat alot of the missions. With Assassins Creed 3 I feel like alot of that has changed. I didnt become "attached" to Connor, and I feel like they could have done a much better job developing the main characters. The story line seems choppy, and I feel like things are missing. I am not a huge fan of the ship fights, but love the fact that they are trying something different. This levels in this game seem very similar, and I feel like the fighing gets kinda old. It seems almost to easy now, there is much less timing involved, and I feel like the controls have been dumbed down a little bit to much. I do like alot of things in the game though, I like being able to climb trees and cliffs, I like the addition of animals to kill, and I like being able to hide in plants and brush. Im sure there are other things I like alot about the game too, but overall I feel like AC3 is a step back in the series, and I hope they spend a little more time on things in the next game. Keep in mind I am not hating on the game, I actually really enjoyed it, I just think it could have been developed for an extra year or 2 to perfect alot of the flaws.
