any one know where juggernaut and the pack a punch is on tranZit i cant find them i finally figured out how to turn the power on.

jug is in the town with the bank and such, comming out of the bank go straight ahead but to the right and theres a door with a staircasing. and pack a punch is still a mystery in my mind haha, when you hit the power did you see that electrical figure? Thats crazy!
