Looks more like an iso: 1. fake cover 2.fake disc cover. Most likely they burned it and played on a JTAG/Dev/or Flashed xbox (Game is real but fake box and fake disc cover)

The game is fake. If you didn't see, The game had a white outline around the disc, Which shows that he had a plain white one (The first disc he took out) and just burned an Image onto it followed by the game.

Its an ISO with artwork on it. You can tell becoause theres no Xbox 360 ring in the conter of the disc. LoL fail
