Halo 4 was a huge case in which the game was played 1 MONTH AND A HALF EARLY!! This is not the same case. Games are usually ALWAYS leaked a week before release

Well you got lucky because it happened for a lot of people. And for a start flashed xbox's/JTAGS/RGH are ILLEGAL so having one of them and playing a game before it's release date chances are you'll get some sort of ban
